How to set-up your email signature!
- Fill in the fields!
- The template is already pre-set, but if you see something you'd like to change you have access to the side panel.
- Click Copy the HTML Code
- Select the email signature code by clicking the "Copy email signatureā€¯ button.
- Access Gmail Settings
- Open your Gmail account in a web browser.
- In the top-right corner, click on the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
- From the dropdown menu, select "See all settings.
- Navigate to the Signature Section
- In the Settings page, go to the "General" tab.
- Scroll down until you find the "Signature" section.
- Paste the HTML Signature
- In the Signature section, find the text box where you can enter your signature.
- If you have another signature already, delete it.
- Switch to the HTML mode (there might be a toggle or an option to switch between Plain Text and HTML).
- Save Changes
- Once you've pasted your HTML signature, scroll down and find the "Save Changes" button.
- Click "Save Changes" to save your new signature.
- Compose an Email to Test
- Open the compose window to test your signature.
- Ensure that your HTML signature displays correctly. If needed, make adjustments and save changes again.
